The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What kind of paint and sealer do you use on your toys?
We use non toxic self sealing water based acrylic paint ASTM-D certified safe and non toxic
Unpainted pieces are sealed with Natural nontoxic wood oils
Care instructions
All of Chickadees pieces are created for play. Paints and sealers are non toxic but not intended for mouthing or teething babies.
Unpainted pieces may require a new coat of beeswax or oil in 3-6 month. If you have any questions about this please let me know.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our pieces and sets will arrive neatly wrapped in tissue and packaged in a Natural mulin drawstring bag with our logo stamped on the outside.
Chickadees does not offer any other special gift packaging.
